**Beyond Borders Travel by Jen LLC Terms & Conditions**

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Beyond Borders Travel by Jen LLC (“Advisor,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and the client (“you,” “your”). By booking or engaging in travel planning services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Role of Advisor

Beyond Borders Travel by Jen LLC operates as an independent travel advisor and works with a network of third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, and insurance providers (“Suppliers”). The Advisor acts solely as an intermediary and does not own, operate, or control any Supplier.

Booking and Payment

All prices, availability, and itineraries are subject to change until payment is made and the booking is confirmed by the Supplier. Payment requirements, deposit conditions, and cancellation penalties are determined by each individual Supplier. By submitting payment, you authorize the Advisor to process transactions on your behalf in accordance with the Supplier’s terms and conditions.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing all booking confirmations for accuracy, including traveler names, dates, and destinations. You must provide correct legal names exactly as they appear on government-issued identification. You are also responsible for complying with all passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements for your destination. Any errors, fees, penalties, or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the client are the sole responsibility of the client.

Travel Documents and Identification

You are responsible for researching, securing, and maintaining all required travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required travel authorizations. While the Advisor may provide general guidance regarding documentation, requirements may change without notice and it is your responsibility to verify all requirements independently. Many destinations require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond travel dates. Failure to meet entry or identification requirements may result in denied boarding, denied entry, or additional travel expenses, for which the Advisor is not responsible.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

All policies regarding changes, cancellations, and refunds are determined exclusively by the Supplier. Beyond Borders Travel by Jen LLC does not issue refunds, determine penalties, or override Supplier policies. If a Supplier issues a refund or travel credit, processing times may vary and remain outside the Advisor’s control. Any service or planning fees charged by the Advisor, if applicable, are non-refundable. Changes requested after booking may result in additional fees imposed by the Supplier.

Travel Protection (Insurance)

Travel protection insurance is strongly recommended to safeguard your travel investment. If you decline to purchase travel insurance, you accept full responsibility for any losses related to trip cancellation, delays, interruptions, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. All insurance claims must be filed directly with the insurance provider. A signed waiver acknowledging the decline of travel insurance is required.

Risks of Travel

Travel may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, delays, natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, terrorism, and Supplier failures. By booking travel through the Advisor, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Beyond Borders Travel by Jen LLC is not liable for events or circumstances beyond its direct control.

Limitation of Liability

Beyond Borders Travel by Jen LLC is not responsible for acts, errors, or omissions of Suppliers and shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay, or death arising from travel. The Advisor is not responsible for airline schedule changes, missed connections, baggage issues, or changes resulting from government regulations or public health requirements. Any additional expenses incurred due to travel disruptions are the responsibility of the client. The Advisor’s maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of fees paid directly to the Advisor for services rendered, excluding any payments made to Suppliers.

Force Majeure

The Advisor is not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, governmental actions, or other extraordinary circumstances.

Communications

By engaging in travel planning services, you consent to receive trip-related communications via email, phone, and text message. You are responsible for notifying the Advisor of any changes to your contact information.

Missouri Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located within the State of Missouri.

Acceptance of Terms

By authorizing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
